I know that family law is especially difficult.   Issues are personal, close to the heart of my clients.  Because I know that, I work with my clients to arrive at solutions to problems that are beneficial to all, especially the children, if possible.   If we can’t reach an agreement, I will fight for my client’s rights and for the needs of their children.

I serve individuals in setting up wills, estates, trusts, and in going through the probate system.   I can help you with preparing a will, probating an estate, setting up a trust or a guardianship, and planning for later life issues with powers of attorney and living wills/directives to physicians.   I can help you think through problems and arrive at workable solutions.

I represent individuals and small businesses in litigation.  I provide counsel and required documents for starting and ending corporations.   I write and review a variety of contracts.   I also review and prepare deeds, represent individuals in real estate appraisal cases, and other real estate matters.
