YOUR PROBATE AND WILLS ATTORORNEY 
I will help you think through how to distribute your estate, and set your mind at ease regarding the process for you as well as your heirs.   We can decide on additional needed estate documents (powers of attorney, guardian selections, directives) and be sure that your plan is complete and ready to be followed.

Should you need to probate someone else’s last will and testament as an executor, I am able to help you negotiate the Texas probate process, from filing the required application for probate through the hearing(s) and inventory process.  

REAL ESTATE AND SMALL BUSINESS  
I review transactions and real documents, providing advice to individuals in numerous real estate and small business matters, and have prepared a variety of deeds, notes, leases, contracts, and other corporate documents.  I also represent clients in business litigation, contract disputes, real estate litigation, appraisal cases, title disputes, and land use cases.

MEDIATION 
My normal fee for most mediations is $350 for each side for a one-half day mediation regarding family law matters;  business-related and other mediation are done on a sliding scale determined by the amount in controversy and issues involved, beginning at $350 each side for one-half day.
